Mr. Bitton’s academic background includes Prac. Mechanical Engineering degree, Bachelor of Political Science (BA) and bachelor of law degree (LL.B.).
Mr. Bitton professional consulting services include business analysis, business management, cost analysis, production process analysis, accounting system integration and production process automation.
With over 20 years in business consulting in general and 12 years with the furniture & cabinet industry, Mr. Bitton is intimately familiar with the industry and its’ unique character and needs. He has first hand experience with the furniture retail, furniture manufacturing, custom store fixtures, custom residential cabinets, custom commercial cabinets and high end architectural woodworking. This wide range provides Mr. Bitton with a unique perspective to better serve the industry.
Mr. Bitton has a strong background in accounting with extensive P&L analysis. He was involved with implementation of several accounting programs such as Business Vision, ACCPAC, E2 and QB Pro to name a few. Mr. Bitton has over 25 years of information system experience including hardware, software and network communication.
Mr. Bitton has extensive experience in production automation integration with CNC based manufacturing processes such as Nested Base and Point To point. Implementing programs such as Cabinet Vision & Microvellum, Mr. Bitton was able to perfect the production automation process.
Mr. Bitton’s vision is of an integrated manufacturing facility where the accounting, design, purchasing and manufacturing work all in harmony in order to maximize the bottom line. After all if it’s not a profitable business, it’s just an expensive hobby.
