Mr. Nastasic educational background includes a Bachelor degree in Economics with emphasis in Finance.

Mr. Nastasic has vast experience in both public and private sector where he has worked as a consultant for several years.  His scope of work incorporates Economic Research, Financial Data Modeling and Analysis, contract negotiation and management of commercial Leases.

Srdjan’s most recent work involves Real Estate and Financial consulting for City of Long Beach where he assisted on various multi-million Real Estate development projects  involving budget analysis, contract negotiation management.  As a consultant Srdjan was also responsible for providing financial and strategic recommendations as part of the planning and project execution. He prepared financial models and analyzed data in order to evaluate ROIs and assess value of potential and current city projects.  Additionally he performed industry and financial analysis leading to specific recommendations to Department and City Manager. Srdjan has a vast experience using statistical and financial software such as Microsoft Excel and Eviews.

Mr. Nastasic is responsible for the business analysis and compartive business performance.
