  Cash Flow Management- How to Avoid and Survive A Financial Crisis

   
 
   

This seminar provides the participants with the basic fundamental skills of cash flow management. Special emphasis is given to cash management under financial duress. Dealing with vendors and credit managers and time extensions on payments when cash is tight is one of the topics that will be covered. How to deal with declining cash flow and recognize the tail tell signs of a looming business crisis. This is a hands-on seminar; participants are encouraged to bring their financial statements, current A/P and A/R aging. This is seminar is divided to two parts. In the first part the principles of cash flow management listed above will be presented and discussed with the participants. The second part is the applied portion of the seminar, where participants will analyze their cash flow situation utilizing the principles and techniques discussed in the morning session. The last hour will be an open forum enabling the participants to discuss the issues in a free style.
